Legal practice Biamonti, in cooperation with Envent Srl, has issued the following statement relating to the “A.S. Roma Trust” project, upon the request of Consob, the Italian national financial regulators.

Studio Biamonti: we are creating a not-for profit association for supporter-shareholders
“Our project does not include the creation of any company or takeover group based on supporters acting as shareholders."
This is the clarification issued at the request of Consob, the Italian national financial regulators, by the Studio Biamonti legal practice and Envent Srl, respectively legal and financial advisers to the AS Roma Trust project, in response to certain misleading declarations in the press.
“Our intention is to create a not-for-profit organization in the form of a supporters’ association, whose members will be Roma fans. Any profit earned by the activities of the Supporters’ Trust would be entirely reinvested in the collective activities of the organization in order to strengthen the Trust’s ability to achieve its institutional goals and pursue its ideals, which include the ultimate aim of collectively participating in the life of the club.” Finally, “We would like to categorically deny that agreements have been made with any of the individuals named in the newspaper article in question.”
